Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the order has been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then follow the return process outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most items in new, unused, and original condition are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact Customer Support: Email Support@vylorea.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide return authorization and detailed shipping instructions, including the return address.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package using the instructions provided. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and labels are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error: If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- Change of Mind: If the return is due to personal preference or buyer’s remorse, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. No restocking fees apply.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account or payment statement again
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing delays may occur

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are eligible for return and refund under the same conditions as full-priced items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges when available. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@vylorea.com or (321) 404-6790 with a description of the issue and photos if available.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and cover all return shipping costs. You may choose between a replacement item or a full refund.
